QRIER terms and conditions

Last updated: Oct. 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of QRIER, the logistics and freight management platform available at qrier.co and in each operator's portal. By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a subscription or continuing to use QRIER, you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. Who provides the service

QRIER is a service of Qrier LLC ("QRIER", "we"), a company organized in the state of Florida, United States, located at 3250 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33137, USA. Phone: +1 786-941-7759. Email: hello@qrier.co. Your service contract is with Qrier LLC.

2. The service

QRIER is software. We are not a courier, freight forwarder or customs broker, and we do not carry, store or clear goods. The platform helps couriers, casillero operators, agencies, freight forwarders and logistics operators manage air waybills, manifests, rates, pickups, lockers, warehousing, invoicing and customer support. Each plan includes the modules described at qrier.co/en/precios. Each operator remains responsible for its own operation, its customs, tax and transport obligations, and its relationship with its own customers.

3. Accounts and users

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your team's accounts, for keeping their credentials secret and for everything done with them. Tell us right away at hello@qrier.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans and free trial

The Esencial, Courier and Operador plans are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions, in US dollars (USD), at the prices published at qrier.co/en/precios when you subscribe. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't cancel, the first charge happens when the trial ends and the subscription continues for the period you chose. The Corporativo plan is custom-quoted and governed by the contract we sign with you; if that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract prevails.

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also accept Paddle's buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Paddle charges your plan's price plus any taxes that apply where you are, and issues the receipt or invoice for every charge. QRIER does not store your card or bank account details.

6. Renewal, plan changes and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, and Paddle charges the plan's current price to the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time from Configuración → Plan y facturación → Gestionar suscripción, or by emailing hello@qrier.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep access until then and you are not charged again. From the same place you can change plan or billing period and update your payment method. If a charge fails, Paddle retries it and your access continues in the meantime. If the subscription is paused, or canceled for non-payment, access to the platform is suspended until you reactivate it. If we change a plan's price, we will email you at least 30 days before the next renewal it applies to.

7. Refunds

You can request a refund of any charge within 30 days of that charge. The conditions and procedure are in our Refund policy at qrier.co/en/reembolsos, which is part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use QRIER for: • illegal activity, including smuggling, shipping prohibited or restricted goods without the required permits, or evading customs or tax controls; • fraud, impersonation, spam or unsolicited messages to other people's customers; • infringing third parties' intellectual property or privacy rights; • interfering with the platform's security or operation: introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities without authorization, accessing other operators' accounts or data, scraping or overloading the service; • reselling, sublicensing or copying the platform, or using it to build a competing product.

9. Your data

The information you and your team upload to QRIER (customers, air waybills, shipments, invoices and documents) is yours. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service, support you and keep the platform secure. As an operator, you are responsible for having your customers' authorization to process their data. QRIER processes it under the Privacy policy (qrier.co/en/privacidad). Before your subscription ends, we recommend exporting any information you want to keep. After termination, we retain and delete data under the Privacy policy and the legal obligations that apply to us.

10. Intellectual property

QRIER, the platform, its software, its design and its trademarks belong to Qrier LLC. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform while it is active, for your own company's operation. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

11. Service availability

We work to keep QRIER available and working well, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be maintenance, failures at third parties (such as cloud providers, carriers or authorities) or changes to integrations. We may improve, change or retire features; if we retire an essential feature of your plan, we will give you reasonable notice.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if the subscription is not paid, if your use puts the platform or other operators at risk, if we detect fraud, or if you repeatedly break the acceptable use rules. Where reasonable, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can end at any time by canceling your subscription.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRIER is provided "as is", and Qrier LLC is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data or business, or for operational, customs or commercial decisions you make based on the platform. Qrier LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid for QRIER in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, notify you by email or in the platform before it takes effect. If you keep using QRIER after that date, you accept the new version.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
